All our jewels have a certificate made by our gemologist where the characteristics of the piece are detailed.
- Are your stones natural, or are they treated or enhanced in any way?
All of our stones are 100% Natural Diamonds and have not been treated or enhanced in any way.

- Can I get an inscription engraved on my jewelry?
Sure! If the piece allows, we will gladly do it for additional cost.

Yes, we have a GIA gemologist.
- What do I do if my ring does not fit when I receive it?
We are happy to resize the ring for you within 60 days. Simply e-mail us to arrange the resizing.
- Is my deposit refundable?
In the event that you decide to cancel your purchase, all online deposits are fully refundable. Refunds will be completed via the same means of payment in which the purchase was made.
- What is your return policy?
