Are your stones natural, or are they treated or enhanced in any way?
All of our stones are 100% Natural Diamonds and have not been treated or enhanced in any way.
Where are your diamonds sourced?

What are your shipping costs?
All orders are shipped using UPS. Shipping time/cost can be chosen during the checkout process and the price will be reflected before finalizing your purchase.

Returns
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. The product must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered, in brand new, unworn, salable condition in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Made to order pieces (custom made pieces) are only eligible for store credit. Returns will be processed in 10 business days after receiving it. Allara does not accept returns outside of the United States.
Where do I drop off my package?
All return and exchange packages should be brought to a UPS location and scanned. Keep your UPS receipt for your records and proof of return. We do not accept returns via a UPS dropbox. To find your nearest UPS location, click HERE.
